Starting the Journey: The AlBina AlManhaji Preliminary Schedule (Amdad Batch)
Our dear family, the family of AlBina in the Amdad Batch (The Batch of Reinforcements), may you be well, may your endeavors be blessed, and may your lives and deeds be purified.
The time has come to begin, and upon the steps of steadfastness, we are guided. This is the station of Knowledge, so give it its due right. This is the field of Action, so fully utilize its blessings. So, in the name of ALLAH, we start with the right hand, and may the eye of ALLAH watch over you.
Below is the schedule for the Preliminary Phase (AlMustawa At-Tamhidi). Please note that the course materials will be published on a daily basis—ALLAH willing—to facilitate the process for you as much as possible. May ALLAH grant you the openings of the Knowers (Futuh alcArifeen), and grant you provision in knowledge and action upon it.
The Structure of the Preliminary Phase
The program begins by establishing the correct relationship with knowledge itself. In the first weeks, the student is introduced to the concept of knowing ALLAH and the critical difference between structured methodology and chaotic learning. This week sets the mental framework required for the entire four-year journey, emphasizing that knowledge is not just information, but a central pillar of reform.
Moving into the following weeks, the curriculum shifts to practical application and the authority of Revelation. Students will learn how to organize their daily lives to accommodate seeking knowledge, a skill often overlooked but essential for longevity in this path. Furthermore, the weeks cover deep theological concepts regarding the standards of Revelation (WaHy) and how to receive the Quran upon the methodology of Prophethood.
